Many factors keep customer coming back to the location you work at, is it possible YOU are one of the reasons?  If suddenly and unexpectedly the location you worked at closed? What if you were let go from your position?  Many reason to keep up with your best customers, but sometimes it's best not to give out your personal information, last name, phone number & even family photos etc

Having a way to let them ( the customers) "follow" you or keep in touch is prime reason to sign up  and create a profile, once the site is up and running.
